1904 Firing Regulations For Small Arms

I do not believe I posted this book before. It has interesting silhouette targets on pages 25-27 and a multiball cartridge on page 44 for the Krag rifle.

The soldiers of the day called those smaller targets the "squaw" and the "papoose". Hideously incorrect in these enlightened times. What shall we call them now?
